We pay the bonus to employees' efforts according to the company profits and individual performance. Basically, the bonus will be paid 2 times per year.

Sports Day event is held once a year. Our committee considers various sports games which are enjoyable for young to senior. Every staff enjoy sports games and strengthen their relationship with each other through this event.
We provide employees monthly gasoline allowance.
Our Factory set up a first aid room and has nurses on a daily to support us at any time in the case that our staff would be injured or not feeling good.
