If you desire the texture of sauce and condiments that you needed from our modified tapioca starch, our TAS-series can be used as a thickener to provide glossiness and smoothness appearance with excellent freeze-thaw stability. Also, our MR-series can be used as a thickener to provide Heat, Acid, and shear force tolerance.

If you have cold processing, you can develop your product with our QSWELL-series, which can be used as an instant thickener to provide viscosity and good texture by quickly dissolving the starches in ambient temperature water with high process tolerance and freeze-thaw stability.
